"Was able to get my truck in the same day I called. I was told it'd be an hour for the exhaust work, and was given a cost estimate of 220! 25 minutes later the truck was finished and the cost was exactly the estimate (plus tax)! I couldn't be happier with the visit! Thanks 1000000 :)"

"I gotta say they did an EXCELLENT job for me and my girlfriend Laura. We got our brand new Silverado sounding awesome with our new exhaust. I called him in the morning he answered all my questions and concerns and we went in an hour later and he delivered and followed through. My truck sounds amazing and like a real truck now. When we got the bill I couldn't believe how fair of a price it was, anybody looking to do any work definitely 5 stars and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again"

"What an awesome business, and a wonderful, knowledgeable owner are just a few of the superlatives that we have to describe Randy Kime and his team. We were on the first day of a 4,000+ mile 6 week vacation in our 36' Class A Motorhome, when trouble struck just a few hours from our Bremerton home. Just after passing through Yakima on our way south we hit a road hazard that jumped up and wiped out our exhaust system. After calling on our Good Sam Roadside Assistance service, we found that on a Tuesday afternoon they were absolutely no help and told us to just stay on the side of the road until the next morning at 7 am because that was only response they had to our cry for help. Unsatisfactory, so I wired up the muffler to the frame and we started limping back towards Yakima while my wife started calling around looking for help. Several frustrating calls later, we were finally referred to Bonnie & Clyde's Muffler Center and were told that they could surely help us. Help us indeed! Randy and his worker were cheerful and positive and stayed past closing time to manufacture a new exhaust system for us and get us back on the road in short order. What a professional job they did, and the price was very reasonable. A less reputable shop could have taken advantage of our desperate situation and charged just about any amount that we would have gladly paid, but Randy was honest, fair, fast, and experienced. My wife and I highly recommend doing business with Bonnie & Clydes whenever you're in the Yakima area."
